Sales Executive

Are you:

We are looking for a driven Sales Person to work within the Customer Success Team selling an exciting technology product. You will be responsible for qualifying inbound enquires and where appropriate close, up sell or handover the opportunity. There will be an element of proactive outbound sales too. Do you have the ability to work independently and prioritise effectively whilst working as part of a team is important. You will also work cross-departmentally with Marketing to help inform nurturing plans and share feedback on marketing campaign effectiveness.

You will:

  • Manage inbound sales enquiries from:
  • Website
  • Live Chat
  • Phone
  • Qualify all free trial sign ups
  • Develop follow up processes in conjunction with the marketing team
  • Refine onboarding process in conjunction with customer success team
  • Manage own opportunity pipeline to generate revenue and hit targets

We need you:

To be highly motivated

Have 12-months sales experience

Be a great team player, proactive attitude, friendly and personable

Salesforce experience would be advantageous
