Position: Sales Executive
Location: Stokenchurch (HP14)
Salary: £25,000 per annum (£32,500 OTE)
An independent finance firm based in Stokenchurch, High Wycombe are recruiting a Sales Executive with the ability to drive new business. It is also imperative that you have a basic understanding of P&L accounts, good numeracy and an introductory knowledge of balance sheets.
Joining a 16 strong team, this award winning business are looking for a Sales Executive to join their expanding Leasing team. We are particularly interested to hear from candidates who possess an understanding of business financials (possibly from sales, banking or finance) with the aptitude and people skills to generate new business opportunities from new and existing customers.
This business offers a service that starts at the point where a prospective franchisee is looking to buy a franchise and run right through the life of the franchise until, where appropriate, a re-sale is sought and achieved. You will play an integral role in the Lease team, engaging new and existing franchise and franchisees to consult, educate and sell the benefits of asset finance (e.g. leasing and hire purchase). This has many advantages over paying in cash or borrowing from the bank. This business typically provide asset finance packages to SME’s and franchisees for between £5K and £500K+ and have a 95% success rate.
Whether it’s company vehicles, machinery, gym equipment or computers (to name but a few), your bread and butter as a Sales Executive is to identify finance opportunities through strategic targeting of new and existing clients.
Your role is office based however from time to time you will be out of the office attending client meetings and attending franchise exhibitions with a view to building industry knowledge and networking.
If you have experience within banking, funding, investments, finance, business lending, business coaching or similar, we would love to hear from you!
- Ideally a background (and track record) in banking, finance or funding (or similar).
- A track record in sales.
- An understanding of P&L. balance sheets and strong numeracy skills.
- A real people person. A true relationship builder is key.
- Able to develop a strong customer rapport/able to strike up an affinity with customers.
- A strong aptitude for business practises and a founding knowledge of the importance of franchise businesses.
