- Working from the central Manchester Reed office, planning, booking appointments, and generating new business over the phone
- building long term relationships with clients
- Working alongside the Account Manager department to increase revenue on a long term basis
- Networking in the local market, on social media and LinkedIn to create new opportunities with clients
- Dealing with key stakeholders and senior decision makers from large blue chip organisations to SME business in the local market place
- Being creative and highly organised to seek upsell opportunities at all avenues
The right candidate;
- Must have B2B experience; ideally in a similar industry
- A sound knowledge of the online recruitment market place
- Ability to provide examples of exceeding revenue and KPI targets in a recent sales role
- Experience selling to senior decision makers for big brands / national businesses
- Creative and organised approach to sales planning to maximise opportunities
- Ability to plan time effectively
- Experience of closing business over the telephone
- Strong written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills and an ability to interact with a diverse range of people
- Results driven, motivated and passionate about sales
