SF Group are looking to recruit a Sales Executive for a Telecommunications company in B16. Due to continued growth we are now seeking an Sales Executives (multiple opportunities available) to join our client at their offices in Edgbaston. Our client is the go-to destination for all types of businesses wanting advice on all areas of telecommunications: ICT, networks, internet, Wi-Fi, mobile, cloud, data platforms, phone systems, calls and lines, and all areas of ICT for both the SME and education sectors.
As our Sales Executive you will receive full training on products and services which means that your sales experience can stem from any industry in either an inbound, outbound, B2B or B2C capacity!
Sales Executive duties:
- To successfully pass and complete the training courses necessary to start your role
- To market the full range of products and services by proactive outbound calling of the database to previous Customers with the objective to win them back.
- To sell 100k of ICT per month- Via Leased Line Connections.
- To create and book Field Sales appointments where appropriate, ensuring full notes and preparation are passed to the person attending the appointment
- To ensure that all paperwork is completed correctly, speedily, and passed to the admin team without delay
- To meet/exceed all weekly/monthly/annual sales targets
Sales Executive skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a telesales role from any industry as full training will be provided
- General IT proficiency (training will be provided on company specific system)
- Commitment and attitude to meet/exceed sales targets
- Strong communication skills in order to provide excellent customer service to customers
