PHMG is currently recruiting B2B sales professionals of all levels as part of our global expansion across North America and the UK. We are looking for career driven senior sales professional to join our vibrant Manchester office, all of whom have team spirit at their core. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced B2B sales environment, you’ll earn unrivalled levels of commission. Responsibilities of business development executive:

  • Contacting prospective businesses by phone to concept-sell the unique benefits of audio branding
  • Booking a minimum of two quality sales meetings per day for Business Development Managers
  • Managing the BDMs' activity to ensure they have the necessary information to close deals

Skills and experience of business development executive:

  • A strong work ethic and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced global company
  • Impeccable telephone manner, with the confidence to pitching business owners
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a hunger to hunt new business
  • A proven track record of sales success, with evidence including league table placements, commission slips or awards

Rewards and benefits:

  • Basic salary up to £25,000. Realistic OTE of £45,000 in first year, with the top performer earning over £70,000 and Business Development Managers over £120k
