Sales Executive

An established team in a company that use a consultative sales approach to sell different products and services to business clients is seeking a Sales Executive based in Ellesmere Port to join its expanding team. You will receive many benefits such as a salary increase based on work performance, excellent commission structure which is uncapped, the potential long-term career opportunities within the business, 33 days annual leave increasing to 35 days and 6 months full industry training.

As the Sales Executive, your duties will be to:

  • Deliver excellent service and achieve targets through outbound calling.
  • Make initial contact with key decision makers and build a business relationship.
  • Use a consultative approach to identify suitable products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Listen and understand the client’s needs to ensure a tailored solution.
  • Effectively manage diary and pipeline of prospects.
  • Carry out research activities and be up to date with the latest industry news and regulations.
  • Accurately log all calls and keep the CRM system up to date.
  • Generate new leads through market research and act on warm leads.

 To be a successful Sales Executive you will have the following skills and experience:

  • B2B sales or new business development experience is vital.
  • A high work ethic and have the ability to bounce back positively from rejection.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong verbal and listening skills coupled with a professional telephone manner.
  • Basic IT skills.

 You will be working 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

In return, the Executive will receive a basic salary of £18,911 per annum with commission (£30,000 to £33,000 OTE).
