Hays are excited to be working in partnership with the Express Bi-folding Doors who are recognised as the UK's largest specialist manufacturer and installer of aluminium Bi-Folding and Sliding Doors, Roofing Systems, Front Doors and Windows. Due to their impressive continued growth year on year they have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join their team in Leeds. Express employ more than 200 people nationwide across 4 locations including, Leeds, Glasgow, Redhill and Romford. At the core of the business are premium quality products and a fast efficient service. As the market leader, manufacturer and installer of architectural aluminium products this allows them to offer tailored solutions to suit an individual's requirements, combining their sliding and folding door systems with glass facades, windows, front doors, shaped frames and a variety of roofing systems.
The Sales Executive will have extensive B2C experience ideally within the window sector, however candidates with a proven sales background will also be considered who can evident that they have an excellent understanding of the whole sales process. Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office is also essential to this role. You will be able to demonstrate working towards KPI targets and you will be professional, articulate and well presented, along with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed. This will be an office based role, handling lead enquiries, showroom walk-ins, identifying the best solution(s) for the client, pricing the job, presenting quotations and following up until the lead is either sold or exhausted. You will be thorough & detailed with the ability to understand the clients plans and specifications.
You will manage the full life cycle of the sales process from assessment of the client's needs, processing their order, managing their account and completing the sale. The ideal candidate will be naturally technically minded and be comfortable working with high end products. You will have a proven track record of confidently selling products with an average order value circa 10k plus. You will be self-motivated, a quick learner and hungry to be the best! As a team player you are someone who will give their all to this role in order to achieve success. A professional and courteous approach is key to this position along with a can-do attitude and a great personality.

- £22-26k Basic Salary (OTE with commission circa £45-50K) Uncapped, Depending on experience.
