The new offices designed and delivered to clients give their teams the best working environment possible (you’ll love looking at their previous work!). Your job is to get on the phone to find the next big projects to make that change. You’ll need to know how to get hold of senior decision-makers over the phone and how to engage them once put through. Credibility, gravitas, warmth and persistence are all key in equal measure - not an easy set of attributes to have in one person but, if you have them, this is the role and the client for you. You will be given intensive market sector training for your first 3 months and bags of coaching support throughout your time working here, helping you to be the best you can be.

Knowledge: At least 6 months' experience in a cold calling environment; a track record of generating new business over the phone.
Attitude: hard-working, driven and incredibly money hungry, you’ll be willing to put in the hard yards required to be successful.
Skills: Tenacious sales style; credible and articulate over the phone; Authoritative and credible when dealing with senior decision makers.
Habits: Well-organised and proactive in uncovering new business opportunities.
