Sales Executive

Blue Whale Spa, the UK’s leading manufacturer and supplier of hot tubs, is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our expanding B2C sales team. This is a new role, offered on a permanent basis with an immediate start, created due to business expansion.

Key Function:

  • Selling hot tubs to customers; who come in the showroom, from inbound calls generated from our marketing and social media sites as well as our online sales platforms.

  • Processing orders and informing each customer of the progress.

  • Ensuring all finance paperwork is completed and signed in the relevant time periods.

  • Maintaining records on our CRM system.

  • Updating our social media sites where required.

  • Providing a high level of customer service at all times.

    Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience of selling in a telesales environment, as well as face to face for a combined period of 3 years or more.

  • Experience of retail sales in any sector.

  • Have proven experience of working with CRM systems and MS office. Sales Force would be advantageous but not essential.

  • Possess proven negotiation skills.

  • Be able to build rapport with potential customers.

  • Have proven skills in upselling.

  • Be self-motivated with a can-do attitude.

  • Be able to work as part of a team but also individually

  • Have worked to KPI’s in previous roles.

  • Hold a degree or equivalent in any field.

    Basic salary for this role is £18,000 , with OTE reaching £30,000. However, OTE is not capped and a strong motivated sales person could earn more than this over the year.

    Working hours are on a rota basis including evening and weekends totalling 40 hours per week.
