Our Client a Multi Award Winning Telecommunications provider based in Birmingham are looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join their highly successful business. This role offers excellent progression opportunities and a REALISTIC earning potential of £23,000 - £29,000 (uncapped). Competitive basic salary of £18,000. NO COLD CALLING INVOLVED!!

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding Company as a Sales Executive with a portfolio of businesses under their umbrella- including national contracts and Dragon investors to name a few.

The successful Sales Executive will be required to:-

  • Contact customers who have made online enquiries and convert in to sales.
  • Discuss the features and benefits of each mobile and contract.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage sales.
  • Work to sales targets.
  • Deliver excellent customer service ensuring repeat business.
  • Call only enquiries. This role does NOT involve any cold calling.

The ideal candidate will have:-

  • Experience working in a Sales, Telesales, Telemarketing, Internal Sales, Sales Executive, Account Management or Customer Service environment.
  • Experience dealing with consumers.
  • A passion for delivering an exceptional level of service.
  • A determined and persistent nature.
  • Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
  • A desire to exceed sales targets.
  • An enthusiastic money-motivated approach.

  • A competitive starting salary of £16,800 which rises to £18,000 after 3 month probationary period.
