Global Engineering Services company based in London are looking for a Recruitment Sales Executive/Consultant.

Your New Role:
As a recruitment Sales Executive/Consultant at CTS, you will be responsible for winning new business and expanding our client base, this involves:
- Business Development - Cold calling local businesses (this is not high-volume telesales - we value quality over quantity) and face-to-face sales visits in order to generate new clients.
- Taking ownership of the entire sales process from calling potential clients to closing the deal
- Generating leads and building your database of contacts
- Gaining strong understanding of client recruitment needs through continued relationship building.
- Building an in-depth knowledge of your industry and the clients that operate within it
- Area mapping - Outlining the employment set up of the current market.
- Working towards weekly/monthly KPIs revenue targets.
- Rejection handling.

Key skills / attributes needed for this role:
- Sales experience is essential.
- Proven track record of over achievement against KPIs and revenue/sales targets.
- Ability to source and generate new sales leads.
- Appreciation of the importance of excellent service delivery to ensure repeat business with clients and candidates.
- Drive to succeed, enthusiastic, confident and competitive.
- Solutions focused - ability to identify problems and ensure that pre-emptive corrective actions plans/improvements are put in place for the future.
