Global Engineering Services company based in London are looking for a Recruitment Sales Executive/Consultant.

Your New Role:

As a recruitment Sales Executive/Consultant at CTS, you will be responsible for winning new business and expanding our client base, this involves:

  • Business Development - Cold calling local businesses (this is not high-volume telesales - we value quality over quantity) and face-to-face sales visits in order to generate new clients.
  • Taking ownership of the entire sales process from calling potential clients to closing the deal
  • Generating leads and building your database of contacts
  • Gaining strong understanding of client recruitment needs through continued relationship building.
  • Building an in-depth knowledge of your industry and the clients that operate within it
  • Area mapping - Outlining the employment set up of the current market.
  • Working towards weekly/monthly KPIs revenue targets.
  • Rejection handling.

Key skills / attributes needed for this role:

  • Sales experience is essential.
  • Proven track record of over achievement against KPIs and revenue/sales targets.
  • Ability to source and generate new sales leads.
  • Appreciation of the importance of excellent service delivery to ensure repeat business with clients and candidates.
  • Drive to succeed, enthusiastic, confident and competitive.
  • Solutions focused - ability to identify problems and ensure that pre-emptive corrective actions plans/improvements are put in place for the future.
