Salary: £18,000 to £24,000 dependent on experience plus OTE (£22,000 to £30,000)

What will your working week be like?
You will be responsible for:
- Creating and managing customer accounts
- Building strong relationsips with customers
- Upselling products, promoting special offers and maximising sales opportunities
- Working to beat personal and team targets
- Seeking out any potential new customers or opportunities
- Providing customers with high quality, effective and efficient customer care over the phone
Who will suit this role?
- 5 A-C GCSEs including English and Maths
- Natural ability to sell
- Telephone based sales experience required
- Resilient and motivated to succeed
- Competitive, confident and computer literate
- Strong attention to detail
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Work well under pressure
- Passion for workng to deadlines and exceeding targets
- Able to build strong relationships with customers
