Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Bournemouth, Dorset
Salary: £18K + OTE (up to £26k) & Benefits
Hours: Mon - Thurs 10.00 - 19.00, Fri 10.00 - 16.00

Are you a proactive and target driven sales person? If so this could be a great fit for you! Due to expansion our Bournemouth based client are looking for experienced Sales Executives to join their busy office.


To sell a range of insurance products via Outbound dialling, meeting business target and helping to grow the business and the brand. Also to ensure business has been accurately placed by following correct systems, underwriting and compliance practices.


* Outbound calling to sell new business policies to targets
* Selling and upselling
* Building strong relationships with customers
* Keeping up to date with product range and any changes
* Following processes to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

Skills and Experience:

* Exceptional sales skills
* Experience in a sales environment preferably in insurance or a call centre environment
* Confident
* Willing to learn
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Able to build rapport with a wide selection of customers
* A drive to exceed targets
* A positive personality
* Focused on quality and compliance
* Uses initiative and experience
