Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Saffron Walden, Essex
Salary: £20,000 + commission, + company laptop, +pension + benefits
Contract Type: Full time permanent
Due to continuous growth an opportunity has arisen for a permanent, full time Sales Executive to join a technology company located in Saffron Walden. You will be providing the initial and overall sales support both internally and externally for the EMEA sales teams. If you have experience working in a sales environment particularly within a technical capacity, then we want to hear from you!
As the Sales Executive you will be responsible for: -
- Following up leads
- Management and responsibility to respond to inbound calls
- Live chat management
- Manage renewals
- Process orders
- Purchase orders
- Updating CRM system
- Reliable point of contact throughout process for customers
An ideal candidate for the Sales Executive must have: -
- Strong customer services values
- High attention to detail
- Strong communications skills both verbal and written
- Experienced using CRM systems
- Technically minded
- 1-3 years experience in a sales role
