The role of a Recruitment Consultant at AF:

Working as a full desk Recruitment Consultant you will become a specialist within your niche sector, responsible for building and growing your desk. Your aim will be to become the go - to recruiter for all of your clients and candidates, standing out against all external competition. Your days will be a varied mix of new business development and resourcing and you'll regularly get out of the office to meet with your clients/ candidates face to face and attend networking events.

You won't be micro managed by sky high KPIs; your activity, effort and intent will all be recognised with a focus on quality, consultative working.

What we're looking for:

  • Solid sales experience (our biggest success stories here have come from a range of backgrounds including recruitment, car sales, estate agency, account management, b2b, b2c, field sales, telesales and many more)
  • Someone hungry to build a long term successful career and grow with a company (we don't want this to be just "another job" for you)
  • We look for driven people with ambitious goals, whether that be in or outside of work
  • A positive, can - do attitude (no mood hoovers allowed!)
  • You must be somebody who's keen to learn and excited by the opportunity to get stuck in and start something new
