Working within the Sales Department to create and secure new business and offering a quality, professional service to our Clients, under the policy of a one call service. This is a target based role with individual KPI's and targets to hit.
Our client are well established suppliers to the Construction Industry and offer a great working environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To seek out and develop new clients in line with our company ethos and our Customer Experience.
- The following will form part of the duties to be able to successfully carry out the role:
- Find new Clients and markets by way of cold calling
- Convert prospects on database to Actual Clients
- Sales target must be consistently hit - all from new business. Sales targets to be confirmed quarterly in advance with quarterly review thereafter.
- For first 12 months from Account opening, orders from a newly generated Client will count towards target.
- Set up meetings for Client visits
- Prepare quotes and letters
- Keep database records up to date
- Any other duties may be assigned in response to business requirements.
