You will be joining an existing team and will be the first contact between our client and the prospects. You will be responsible for building rapport with the prospect and getting them engaged in looking at life assurance options.
An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable building rapport with prospects and overcoming objections whilst maintaining good customer relationships.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Contact potential customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
Direct prospects to the sales team.
Enter and update customer information in the database.
Proven track record of successfully completing tasks and being able to work to targets.
Good telephone manner and able to work as part of a team.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Full training for this will be given to the right candidates.
