Sales Executive

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join a leading training provider with over 20 years' experience based on the outskirts of Southam. This will be a full time permanent position with a basic salary of £18,000 along with a generous and achievable bonus scheme.

We looking for a candidate with previous experience in a B2B sales environment who is hungry for success and able to drive sales forward. Reporting directly into the Managing Director you will must demonstrate commitment, passion and belief in the company to differentiate them in the marketplace.

Main duties:

Transferring sales data onto the companies CRM system to ensure that the company can service clients' needs appropriately.

React to incoming enquiries as well as proactively looking for and winning new business

Account managing existing client portfolios to upsell and cross sell training courses

Liaising with the admin team ensuring that clients instructions or key information is passed on to them so that training and testing interventions meet the clients requirements.

Create strong working relationships with all trainers and assessors as they will need to work in partnership with them, providing bespoke services to our clients.

Provides structured, validated market intelligence and client feedback to assist with informed business decisions on product and sales strategy.

Inputs to development and implementation of the sales strategy at sales meetings and reviews.

Produces high quality sales propositions for clients, which meet the required revenue and margin targets.

Use of online diary in all bookings and communications in line with instructions given

Provides accurate forecast reports and analysis of future revenue opportunities for budgeting and revenue planning activities

Person Specification

Strong sales experience, ideally from H & S sector in B2B

Displays confidence in selling, negotiating, influencing with a drive to achieve strong customer focus and experience in all solutions.

Strong interpersonal skill with the ability to build relationships with internal and external clients.

Must possess reserves of energy, enthusiasm and 'bounce back'

Knowledge of NVQ processes an advantage.

Understands and shows evidence of pipeline management, forecasting, budgeting, marketing strategies and account management on any of your own accounts

Full driving licence
