About the role
Working in a small team, you will be involved in proactive outbound calling to new and existing customers, promoting the range of packages for your event. Reporting through to the Sales Manager, you will be receive full training and support to enable you to excel in this position. You will be involved in market research, marketing, meeting potential clients and attending networking events. However the majority of the sales will be made over the phone. You will also be required to attend the event, meeting and entertaining customers.
We are looking for people that have a passion for sales, a proactive nature and someone who likes to meet targets and objectives. Ideally the successful candidate will have gained some sales experience, either within hospitality or events but we would consider a different industry background. As full training will be provided we would also look at a graduate who is looking to start their career. In addition excellent communication skills, confidence and resilience are required.
