The Job:

You are responsible for building relationships with customers and introducing you and your company to new customers and developing existing accounts in the UK. This is sales, where the focus is quality, not quantity. This is tailored sales, where every pitch you make will be adapted to each client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect information and develop a contact list for potential clients.
  • Contact potential clients to introduce our services to them.
  • Create or raise awareness of our presence in your market.
  • Persuade customers to use our services.
  • Develop customer base and maintain accurate information on the database to support this on an ongoing basis.
  • Client relationship management on a regular basis.
  • Marketing to potential clients to ensure consistent client base growth.
  • Ensuring ongoing effective relationships with customer base.
  • Develop and regularly improve an expert understanding of the aircraft which are used, their range, capacity, crewing etc.
  • Ad Hoc and Exec VIP Brokering.
  • Training other team members.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in a targeted or commission based sales role.
