A new and genuinely exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fun and friendly SME food business as a Sales Executive within the Wholesale and Out of Home Channel.
The business has doubled in size every year since their inception and they continue to have big plans for further growth. Their products are high quality, healthy, fashionable, suitable for vegans and delicious! The team is built up of people who have 'been there and done that' with other SMEs, taking them from launch to £100M businesses and they all say this will be the next big thing!
This ambitious company is looking for a Sales Executive who has entrepreneurial flair, with a desire to win but could easily fit into their vibrant company culture. This role would really suit someone who is currently a Business Development Executive in a large FMCG business who is looking for more autonomy within an exciting environment or a high performing field sales executive in another start up for their first head office role. The company is based in Central London (Zone 1).
As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for:
. Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
. Building relationships and driving sales with regional and national wholesalers.
. Analyse account performance and make valid recommendations to continually improve performance.
. Building rapport with the customers but also internally with other departments to ensure plans are delivered on time and in full.
. Work closely with the product development team.
The person we are looking for will be:
. Degree educated (or equivalent)
. Experienced in FMCG sales with a strong background in business development.
. Brilliant relationship builder who can represent a brand to customers with warmth, leadership skills and gravitas.
. Passionate about the Food & Drink industry.
