Sales Executive - Telecoms / IT / Progressive & Rewarding Career
Our client is looking for 2x internal sales executives to work with and shadow their senior sales force with a view to develop, progress and promote within. This is a stable and rewarding career in the IT and Telecommunication sector.
- Our client has an extremely well established name in the telco market - South Wales, Bristol, M4 strongest areas
- Their software for the telco equipment is managed by their partner company is a well known, household name.
- Our client sells everything from Hardware, Software, Mobile, Fixed Line, VoIP, Hosted, Networks and Broadband from multiple vendors
- The sales director is passionate about "looking after" the workforce to elaborate - the only chance of a new candidate failing will be due to their own efforts
- Our client will do everything they can to support and lead their sales force, junior or senior.
Reason for the role:
- The existing sales force manage and deliver against targets constantly and enjoy full packages with uncapped commission
- He is looking for gritty, bit between the teeth 'less senior’ sales professionals to come on board and grow with the business
- Our client is straight down the line - he needs that hunter, want to earn and develop mentality - but not in the way that you will be at the bottom of the employment tree doing all the hard graft - this is a genuine progressive career with plenty of incentives.
- Ben wants to take the new sales person under his wing and make sure they are completely on board with their ethos, offering you hands on knowledge, shadowing him / the senior sales force whilst managing your own pipeline, on the phone and face to face
- Full training is provided - with our client and their equipment providers (visits to the vendor locations)
Salary Package & Progression:
- Money is not a deal breaker. If you can prove to Our client you are completely focused on committing and doing everything you can to prove yourself and deliver against promises - whatever you need is on offer from 20k - 40k - the higher the salary the higher the expectations.
- Commission - uncapped and realistic - their youngest top earner 24 years old is currently on 30k basic - 40k commission earnings to date, brand new 4series BMW and all the bells and whistles attached
- Product wise - based on the interview and where they feel you will suit, it could be mobiles, systems, broadband, etc etc
- Our client is completely focused on quality, relationship driven and consultative selling - the reason their company continues to be a success is due to their product knowledge, range of solutions, technical ability, after and pre sales service and actually providing a tangible solution.
