Sales Executive – Residential Property

Location: Stourport

Salary: Competitive

A leading national property developer is looking for a Sales Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the full sales process for new homes, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and contribute to the growth and success of a market-leading business.

The Role

As Sales Executive, you will be the main point of contact for customers from first enquiry to completion. You will proactively manage leads, coordinate the purchase process, and ensure every customer receives a first-class experience. You will also work closely with internal teams and external partners such as mortgage brokers and solicitors to ensure smooth and timely sales. Weekend and bank holiday work is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales process from enquiry to completion, acting as the main point of contact for customers
  • Promote and coordinate the use of recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to achieve timely completions
  • Maintain administrative and reporting requirements in line with company policies
  • Support marketing initiatives, including market research, price benchmarking and promotions, to generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Conduct home inspections, familiarise customers with their new homes, and manage aftercare follow-up
  • Ensure health and safety compliance on site for customers and colleagues

What You Will Need

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within the housing industry
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong self-management and organisational skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
