Verus Recruitment Partners are pleased to be supporting a UK based leading Solicitors. We are supporting the Recruitment of five Inbound Sales Executives on a full-time basis due to the continued growth across the business.

As my clients Inbound Sales Executive, you will be tasked with:

 Job Purpose:

  • Dealing with inbound enquiries from new clients over the telephone, in person or by email.
  • Listening to client’s enquiry, conducting a needs assessment and selling relevant advice and application packages, providing a breakdown of costs for the services sought and addressing any objections they may have.
  • Using Sales CRM to follow up on leads and nurture your opportunities until conversion.
  • Attending training events, exhibitions and conferences as required.
  • Providing outstanding customer service to existing clients.
  • Undertaking any other duties as may reasonably be required by managers.

  • Experience of working in a similar role.
  • A proven track record in sales.
  • Fantastic approach to being customer centric.
  • Highly motivated and the drive to succeed.
  • Have a passion for people and sales.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • The ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressured environment.

  • Fantastic OTE based on your performance. (Good sales agents can expect to earn upwards of £800 per month commission, with top performers earning £1000+ per month. 75% of the sales staff currently achieve this regularly)

Other important information:

My client has a flexible working schedule - occasional Saturdays (usually 1 in 5) - 9am - 4pm. Saturdays are compensated as full day's pay or day off in lieu during the week.
