An exciting opportunity has arisen for two recent graduates to join the sales team of an International Business Information Organisation in the City of London.

Suitable for:

· Fresh graduates looking to move into a fast-paced commercial, business to business environment

valuable and attractive asset any company would want)

· Anyone wanting a genuine career path in sales with clear routes of progression based on performance

· Anyone that has an overwhelming drive and ambition to succeed and stand out amongst their

peer group

You will be responsible for:

· Building your own portfolio of potential clients that you want to work with

· Identifying buying points within multinational clients

· Penetrating new and emerging markets to meet demand

· Identifying and approaching potential clients to initiate a meeting

· Building enough value through your presentations to book a follow up meeting for a senior

manager to attend and close for you

You will learn:

· The foundation of a skillset that combines both a consultative sales approach with hard closing

· Everything required to speak with confidence to C-Level/VP executives

· The entire lifecycle of a vertical market (Finance, Pharma, Defence) and how we can add support to every aspect

Rewards:

· £24,000 increasing to £28,000 on completion of training

· £1,000 Commission per target hit

· 1st 6 Months OTE = £6,000 + Basic Salary

· Monthly & Quarterly Incentives

Expectations prior to promotion:

· 100% of revenue target

· Average 2 Hours phone time daily

· Average 6 meetings booked per day for your manager
