The role of the Sales Executive is to maximise revenue for the business and certain product lines by dealing effectively and efficiently with all enquiries and potential leads generated from third party and web enquiries. Liaise with third parties as well as clients directly to maximise business opportunities and to provide support to all third parties i.e. brokers and agents.

Responsible for qualifying and managing all enquiries received for Virtual Offices, Co Working and Office requirements across London, Leeds and Bristol
Being aware of their USP’s
Manage each enquiry on the CRM system and become efficient in using system correctly for managing enquiries and report running
Contact ALL enquiries within 1 hour of being received follow up with all clients in a timely manner
Providing the best service possible
Be confident in upselling products and ensuring the option you have offered is the most suitable solution for the client
Confident to close enquires to secure viewings and sales where relevant
Manage the diaries of each
Building team and book in viewings where relevant for the client to come and see the space
Sending proposals to clients post viewing
Raising licence agreements
Collecting trading standards information and ensuring the building teams complete the process quickly and efficiently Working towards targets alongside the Sales Team Manager and Co Working Membership Manager
