We are looking for a Business to Business Telesales Executive to join our fast-paced sales department to help expand our growing broker/client base. You will be responsible for promoting the business to new brokers, maintaining existing relationships with brokers and for building other relationships. You will need a passion to develop a career within the Financial Industry.
This is a permanent and full-time role based in our offices in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. It offers great working conditions in a friendly environment as well as a fabulous commission package and a basic salary of between £16,000 and £20,000 dependent upon experience. This role is office based, telesales HOWEVER this role includes significant career prospects within the business, including both direct to consumer opportunities and more advanced business to business sales opportunities for those that progress well. The role presents significant professional development opportunities as it involves working with the Company's Head of Sales.
You will need to be a confident, articulate professional, able to present and sell our proposition to all mortgage professionals. You will also need to be able to forge relationships with these brokers over the telephone as well as develop existing relationships and all within a business to business environment. Your role will also include assisting our Head of Sales, with appointments and leads.
Running sales campaigns on the instruction of the Head of Sales
- Manning the Broker Support desk for all inbound calls
- Making outbound calls to advisers in support of the team or to build or maintain relationships
- Identify and cross sell our multiple products and services offered by the Group and third parties
- Support the team with any issues that may arise
- Handle inbound calls as a result of marketing activity
- Learn the skills and activities involved in supporting new initiatives

A full-time role, working 9am to 5:30pm in St Ives (Cambs).
Annual OTE £24,000 per year plus pension contributions plus 20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays.
