We are looking for a Recruitment Sales Executive/Business Development Consultant to join our team in Ulverston.
Health & Social Care Jobs assist people working in the care sector, throughout the UK to find their ideal job. We are looking for someone with a Sales/Telesales or Business Development background to conduct Telephone Interviews with candidates and then speak to Care providers in that candidate’s area to identify vacancies and introduce our services.
- Interviewing candidates and matching them to live vacancies.
- Interviewing candidates then finding them a position through cold calling Care providers.
- Typing up extensive interview notes.
- Tracking your applications throughout the process
- Arranging Interviews and sending out interview confirmations.
- Business Development & gaining new business.

- Previous experience of working in an office environment would be essential.
- Experience of sales and business development, with a proven track record.
- A confident natural negotiator and communicator over the telephone
- Someone who is not afraid to cold call and is target driven.
- Personable and able to strike a rapport with people very easily.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Excellent IT and administrative skills.
