Working in the Sales team, your primary role will be to engage with customers on a face to face basis and developing new business opportunities whilst managing several accounts throughout the UK. You will be tasked with selling the companies wide range of products ranging from footwear to accessories specific to some occasions.
The role will be a combination of market research and business development, whereby you will be targeted to boost sales and new business as well as developing the already established 250 accounts across the UK.
This opportunity is a field-based position whereby your week will consist of face to face interaction with clients, visiting exhibitions and attending quarterly sales team meetings. You will be visiting both your existing accounts and potential new business opportunities paying specific attention to seasonality of products to ensure you are maximising your sales opportunities.
You as the candidate will have at least 2 years business development and account management experience specific in either the women's fashion or footwear industries.
It is desired but not essential that you have had some form of sales training to ensure you can hit the ground running for my client.
You must have a consultative approach as well as possess these other personality traits:

* Ability to work to KPI's and exceed targets.
* Demonstrate a commercial edge and understanding
* Organised and efficient planning.
The basic salary is £25k-£30k DOE with an uncapped commission scheme and an OTE of £40k based on current business. It also includes an enhanced benefits package of car, expenses, phone, laptop and pension scheme.
