Sales & Events Manager - Christchurch area
Sales & Events Manager required for a property in the Christchurch area. This role will require you to work 5 days over 7, to include some week-ends, due to the nature of the role and flexibility to meet clients and also meet and greet on key event days itself.
The role of the Sales & Events Manager is pro-active, requiring networking skills to secure and develop new local business and grow existing accounts / business for the property. The role will include organising client visits off site, organising familiarization trips to the property, attending networking events to maximise revenue within conference, banqueting, events and weddings. The position encompasses a high level of telephone communication, office administration and customer facing skills and previous experience within a similar role and environment is required. As Sales & Events Manager you will be reporting to the Manager and you will be hands on taking enquiries and bookings at the property.
The salary for Sales & Events Manager is given as £20,000 to £25,000 per annum.
