Sales Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join our client based in Haverhill. This would be a permanent position working Monday to Friday and they are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

Main Duties:

• Support sales team with estimates, orders, and documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage current client relationships.
• Improve processes and efficiency.
• Liaise with customers, internal teams, and external suppliers.
• Deliver proactive after-sales support.

Successful Candidate:

• Strong technical skills and industry knowledge.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Team-oriented and collaborative approach.
• Knowledge of metal industry (Beneficial)
