Sales Enablement/ Training Manager | Sheffield | £30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus | Opportunity for Progression

Do you have strong experience within a sales environment, with a passion for building relationships? The team at Logical are proudly working in collaboration with a nationally recognised brand within the technology and professional services industry, on their search for a Sales Enablement/ Training Manager. You will have the opportunity to work with new starters at the beginning of their company journey, as well as supporting experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimise, and assess training program
  • Alongside sales leaders, monitor and modify current training programmes / processes to ensure they are effective and up to date
  • Determine sales enablement priorities with sales management / leadership
  • Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to sales management / leadership
  • Serve as a liaison between sales and marketing teams
  • Provide effective onboarding and training programmes for BDCs
  • Facilitate content creation and use with sales and marketing teams
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team

The company in question are looking for a candidate with a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and experience in training methods such as E-Learning, coaching, and face-to-face/ online sessions.
