The role of Sales Enablement (CRM) Manager is for a leading international Bank based in central London. the role holder will help to maximise the performance of the sales team by generating and utilising key CRM reports.
The client is a leading international bank with a leading reputation in the Corporate and Institutional Banking sector.
The role will include the following responsibilities:
Help to design the CRM system in a way that optimally suits the sales strategy and pipeline management
Help to create dashboards
Ensure CRM system is being fully utilised by team members, with valid and accurate data being inputted
Conduct client feedback and surveys - with the view of gathering and utilising client testimonials, as well as ensuring client feedback points are implemented
Work closely with marketing to ensure new initiatives are driven through to effective execution
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Previous CRM and Sales reporting experience within a Financial Services environment
Strong CRM system knowledge, with ability to create customised reports that clearly address business needs
Can demonstrate examples of liaising with senior stakeholders and influencing their thinking
Understanding of a Corporate Banking sales process is advantageous
Aware of Industry regulations
