Our client, an ambitious, entrepreneurial, privately owned SME in the facilities services sector, is looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead and develop the sales function through organic and acquisitive growth.
We are looking for a hands-on Player/Coach with experience of building a high-performance Sales function as well as delivering their own sales target. The successful candidate will have an exceptional track record of motivating and inspiring their team whilst utilising well developed prospecting skills through their extensive network. Applying honed tender management capabilities, they will win profitable new business whilst managing existing wins and maximising opportunities.
An ambitious and energetic individual, the successful candidate will also evidence well developed financial, analytical, commercial and project management skills, be fanatical about the detail and have a structured and methodical approach.
