Elevation Recruitment are working with an industry leading business, supplying services into the FM and Compliance market.
This is a great role for a hungry and operational sales professional to drive new business across the UK, winning new accounts valued >£1m+.
Home Based with travel to Yorkshire offices when required, you will be responsible for:
*Consistently exceeding profit and revenue expectations, reporting weekly to the board.
*High levels of financial and commercial competency
*Working with FTSE clients, mapping and managing the account from initial stage through to win
*Bids & Tenders - delivering 1st class winning mentality
*Working with the BDM's in regions and other sales heads to ensure the group sales strategy is being delivered
*Experience of new business sales within sectors such as multi-service, compliance, H&S or FM
*A drive to deliver and be accountable
*Commercially astute, ability to run P&L, reporting and potentially operated at MD, SD, CD, CCO level previously
*Operating in a business >£60m+ min is preferable
