Sales Director required for successful & growing recruitment business providing best-in-class resource solution partnerships to UK and global businesses seeking 'staffing solutions' and not just 'cv's from a recruitment firm'. We have built our reputation in engineering & manufacturing and support all business needs in the automotive, aerospace, logistics, construction and power sectors from technical engineering positions throughout the business, hiring C-Suite down; we truly operate from Boardroom to Shop floor, and are looking to grow, particularly high(er)-end professional placements.
You'll have a proven track record of identifying and qualifying 'true target-market good net new business' as evidenced by winning large value/ volume clients - likely encompassing senior/ permanent recruitment, white collar contract/ interim and hourly paid temps. You'll enjoy networking, utilising all our tools (web; Hubspot; case studies; 20 years successes stories; increasingly using technology-led solution; international capabilities; testing experience, etc...) plus your network of contacts and efforts to meet enough of the right key decision makers to secure new clients that trade... and become long-lasting loyal & referring clients.
