An industry leading tour operator based in London is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Director with an excellent track record of Business Development. You will need to have experience in wholesale, luxury and incentive travel and have worked previously in a DMC/Wholesale B2B environment.
You will be required to manage an internationally based sales team so could be located anywhere but will need to attend regular meetings in London so a commutable distance would be desirable.
*Ambitious, motivated personality with strong negotiation skills
*Proven track record in Business Development and experience in a DMC/Wholesale B2B environment
*Good communicator with high attention to detail
*Commercial thinking and evidence of improving performance of a sales team
*Able to work under pressure and achieve targets and meet deadlines in a fast paced ever changing environment
*Good relationship builder
*Analytical skills and able to identify commercial opportunities
*Creative and independent thinker
