Basic DOE- up to £120k base + profit share OTE £200k +
Our client has been trading 5 years and in that time have become an award winning agency. They currently employ c 50 staff with the ambition of getting to 90 fee earners in 2018.
Our client works across the digital spectrum recruiting for Creative, Marketing, Tech and Analytics.
With a GP of £3.2 million for the first 6 months of the year, our client is keen to grow this significantly by building upon their contract offering.
They have a great dress down culture are not KPI heavy. Our client has excellent pedigree in their SMT with one of the founders having set up and sold a multi national recruitment firm.
- Execute a growth strategy in terms of headcount and revenue set out by the board (which you will sit on)
- Relay information to your management team
- Day to day management and running of the business working closely with the CEO
- Help train and develop the consultants alongside the internal trainer
- Target new growth areas
- Build the brand presence within the market
- Experience at growing and running teams (10+)
- Ideally you will have worked in one of their key markets
- A proven biller who has risen through the ranks of a previous firm
- A candidate who does not need to run a firm through KPI's etc. The candidate who will fit in this culture will have excellent management skills and lead from the front
- You will ideally have 7 years plus recruitment experience
