My client is an innovative SaaS technology start up based in Central London who are on a massive upwards trajectory.
Their software uses cutting edge Artificial Intelligence and algorithms to help their clients ensure they maximise their sales revenues and margins.
The ROI on this technology is instantly visible to all prospective clients.
They are a well-funded technology start up and are now ready to scale their sales operation.
To that end they would like to invite applications from sales professionals who have a proven track record of building sales teams yet are also leading from the front in terms of revenue generation.
This is generally not an Enterprise sale, although those possibilities exist. Most prospective clients will sit in the £10M - £250M turnover range.
They are offering a competitive Basic Salary around £80K with potential to double that if revenue targets are hit. Above and beyond that, there is a no cap on commission and there is considerable potential to exceed the OTE substantially.
With a plan to go to market in 3-5 years, this company is also offering Exit shares, giving this person an opportunity to earn a considerable lump sum and realise their time invested.
As a young technology start up, this company is lean and agile.
They are looking for a bright and persuasive individual who can lead from the front in terms of revenue generation whilst also building a small team to manage both the sales and inside sales functions.
You will demonstrate success at exceeding quota, signing up new clients as well as recruiting, training and mentoring a small team.
With the potential to evolve into a broader Managing Director level role across the business, you should also be able to turn your energy to matters of strategy, marketing and business evolution, to drive the company to a point where it can be taken to market.
This start up is ready to ramp up and when revenue targets are hit this year will scale up very quickly.
Please note this is primarily an office-based role as this person will need to lead an on-site team. Having said that, there is room for some flexibility.
