Due to significant successes across the globe, our client is now looking for the first person in the UK. As the first person on the ground, this is a massive opportunity for you to shine and hopefully depending on success to build the UK in your image. You'll need a track record of business led sales within the world of merger and acquisitions and private equity. You'll know the language that will excite and inspire individuals within this specific part of investment banks and allow you to navigate the complex path in order to bring everyone together for a successful sale. You'll need to be up for a start-up and there is, of course, some associated risk, however, the rewards upon success are considerable. Call me to discuss in more detail.

JOB TITLE: Sales Director (New Business Quota Carrying Role)
PACKAGE: £100k basic, double OTE, 25 days holiday, pension, STOCK!


Established in 2016, our client has built a SaaS based platform to introduce SME businesses to an exclusive network of investors.
Targeting M&A advisors, investments banks, and Private Equity firms, they are looking to bring on a first man on the ground in London to grow their European arm.
They grew the businesses significantly last year, helped via acquisitions and new business growth.
Offices globally including; Singapore, Hong Kong, and Luxembourg.


10+ years selling to merger & acquisitions advisors, private equity firms, or investment banks.
New business focused.
Start-up mentality.
Experience selling to the business side of an organisation - this won't suit candidates that are focused on selling to IT led decision makers.
Track record of over achievement.
Network of contacts in the FS space.


First man on the ground role selling a sophisticated SaaS based platform to M&A advisors, Private Equity firms and Investment Banks.
100% new business position - building the region from scratch.
Deal values range from £10-60k a year.
Short sales cycles, averaging 10 days.
