As the Sales Director you will be tasked with providing management and leadership to the sales team with the reponsibility to generate new leads and routes to market to innovate the industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape your own sales team through implementing tailored processes to achieve ambitious growth together with this company.
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Director who must have C / Board level contacts within the hospitality sector, he will be responsible for increasing customer acqusition, drive revenue growth targets and contuine to innovate. Communication skills are vital in this role; not only to positively manage your own team but also to achieve successfull account management which is key for building long-term relationships for increased growth.
