An already established but small Facilities Management company specialising in Cleaning Services, have exciting expansion plans and are now looking for a Sales Director to join the business to help continue with their growth.
Location: London Head Office (North Acton)– but will involve visiting clients nationwide from time to time.
Salary/Package: £65k - £80k basic plus commission
As the Sales Director you will manage a small team, who work with existing accounts & new clients in order to win and negotiate new cleaning contracts across all areas of their business.
You will develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand their customer base. You will ensure long lasting relationships are created; ensuring that you are able to understand their business needs.
They already have some major contracts under their belt and with plenty of business still to be won, this is an exciting time to join them.
If you have previous Sales Management experience, selling facilities management services this could be the role for you, as it is essential that candidates have good knowledge of commercial cleaning services & contracts. You must also have previously managed a sales team.
You must be willing to travel to meet clients face to face and have a full UK drivers licence.
