The Role: As the Sales Director, you will be required to drive new business opportunities and lead, motivate and mentor a team of internal sales executives. As well as managing your own team you will be selling apparel accessories directly to sports clubs such as Manchester United or Liverpool Football Club and directly to Blue chips and manufacturers.

The Company: With a great reputation and a strong portfolio of products, this business already has a great foothold in the market. They have an exciting range of new products in the pipeline and expect product diversification to help drive the business to the next level. As the Sales Director, you will be a crucial part of making this plan a reality.

For this Sales Director role, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • B2B Sales Experience
  • Must have experience of managing a team
  • Passion for creativity
  • Field Sales experience
  • Bright, highly motivated & Consultative candidates are sought

Benefits of this Sales Director role:

  • £55,000 - £65,000 Base Salary
  • £25,000 - £40,000 Uncapped OTE
