With an incredible growth plan for 2018-2019, they are seeking a new Sales Director to assist the company in their constant drive for success.
Based out of their plush offices in Guildford you will be responsible for managing a team of 8 successful internal Sales Executives. This award-winning business have worked with some of the largest corporations in the world and continue to do so. They sell Accountancy Services in to Corporates and Recruitment Agencies. These services assist contractors on a global scale to assist them with their payroll.

Your role as a Sales Director:
• To drive the team forward, actively developing everyone
• Spearhead activity towards new clients/markets
• Ensure that all KPI’s are met by each Sales Executive
• Ensure that all sales targets are achieved from a personal and business perspective
• Implement a clear marketing strategy to drum up incoming leads
• Report to the board of Directors on monthly basis with a full monthly report.
It is essential that the Sales Director has a previous background in recruiting, developing and overall management of a sales team. You will be extremely passionate about delivery, achieving set target/KPI’s, and assisting in Business Development. You will have a proven track record of consistently being above targets and have conducted/demonstrated key training sessions for development of staff.
The Sales Director will be given a basic salary between £60,000-£70,000 depending on experience. With a fantastic commission structure, you should be expected to earn north of £80,000 in the first year. You will also be furnished with a phone, laptop and all client meeting expenses will be covered.
