The Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll:

  • Research and target prospects across multiple sectors.
  • Run smart, multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone).
  • Book high-quality meetings for senior sales managers.
  • Qualify leads, maintain clean CRM data, and track outcomes.
  • Work closely with marketing and senior sales leaders to build campaigns and improve messaging.
What’s In It For You as an SDR
  • Base: £25,000 – £30,000 (DOE)
  • Commission: Uncapped, 5% on deals you originate
  • OTE: £50k year one, £80k year two
  • Training & Mentorship: Daily coaching from senior sales leaders
