This role is a direct path into a sales executive role. After 3 months of hitting your targets, you can qualify to receive an increase in your salary and a promotion into a full sales role, with responsibility of owning the sale from call to close. The sales role would give you an opportunity to earn a generous commission from every deal you close.


  • Generating sales-ready appointments from outbound calling.
  • Ensuring each appointment is well qualified and an opportunity for the sales team.
  • Delivering a consistent number of appointments per week
  • Taking a proactive approach to your own day and performance
  • Working towards fixed weekly targets
  • Working in a fast-paced sales environment


  • Telemarketing experience (6 months - 1 year)
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent questioning skills
  • Financially driven
  • A self-starter, who thrives under pressure to achieve challenging goals
  • Excellent questioning skills

  • Skilful objection handling techniques
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and high level of time management skills
  • Knowledge of CRM software
  • Knowledge of MS-Office tools, principally Outlook, PPT, Word and Excel
