Sales Development Representative - Maidenhead - Permanent
A rapidly developing and market leading international consultancy has an excellent opportunity for two ambitious and driven sales development representatives. Ideally you will be experienced in B2B telephone sales, generating and qualifying new sales opportunities through outbound calling campaigns, or have the personality, intuition and communication skills to thrive in a competitive sales environment.
As internal telephone sales executive, you will reach out to key contacts from prospective clients, in order to generate awareness and interest in their software solution. This will involve identifying and qualifying decision makers using the BANT methodology and passing, as appropriate to the senior field sales team to develop further.

Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calling campaigns, email, social media, web meetings, and on-line demonstrations
Identify and qualify decision makers amongst the targeted call campaigns
Respond to, qualify and track leads generated by marketing and demand generation activities
Conduct Introductory Meeting to describe solutions and detail product benefits and validate leads
Qualify potential opportunities and gain commitment on Sales Process
Nurture leads that are deemed not ready for the Account Executive Sales Process
Collaborate with sales teams to produce smooth transition of created opportunity
Use company CRM to track all activity including recording names, contact information, actions taken, and reactions of prospects and customers contacted
Flexibility with schedule to accommodate global time zone coverage
Attend sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts
The ideal Sales Development Representative should have previous experience within B2B Sales Development, tele-prospecting, or cold calling with an understanding of prospecting, account-mapping and networking.
Base salary is very competitive at £35k-£45k with commission based OTE £55k-£65k.
