AWESOME SALES DEVELOPMENT REP

Finchley (North London)

£35K - £40K plus Commission

The successful candidate:

- will ensure that senior sales colleagues have a pipeline of well-managed, highly qualified sales opportunities

- swears by efficiency, effectiveness, and providing support through the sales process

- communicates status honestly, regularly and effectively - knows where are we up to at any point with any client

- will be an active member of the sales team, and of the team as a whole

- has a well-maintained CRM in the DNA - s/he'll have no problem following processes to keep the sales cycle simple and effective for all.

Requirements:

- 2+ years' previous outbound B2B sales experience

- previous responsibility for qualifying and questioning prospective customers

- a consultative, intelligent selling style

- experience of building good rapport with the potential client base

- a sound knowledge of lead generation

- experience working with KPIs and motivated to meet them

- excellent organisational skills and a strong work ethic

- CRM-savvy

- experience in one of these four environments is desirable but not a deal-breaker: email, digital marketing, agency or software

- Our priority is to find candidates ideally with Martech/SaaS experience, who are skilled in qualifying and booking demos/meetings, and opening doors for the company
