Our client, a leading life and healthcare insurance organisation, currently require a Sales Development Manager to join their growing team.
Candidates will be responsible for building and proactively managing a prospects pipeline of new adviser accounts; ensuring the successful conversion of prospects into live accounts with on risk cases completed, as per agreed KPIs. You will ensure prospective IFAs fully understand our clients proposition including service differentiators and what this can do for their business. You will deliver beauty parade pitches to engage IFA firms prior to signing up and present at adviser sales meetings and conferences post sign-up.
Candidates need to have a proven sales / relationship management background within the financial services sector and ideally hold professional qualifications, although these are not essential. You will have an understanding and appreciation of the life / healthcare insurance market and a track record of working IFA firms.
