Sales Development Manager - Duties / Responsibilities:

Are you a dynamic and motivated individual who is passionate about Sales and Technology? You will have a focus on new business and will need to demonstrate skills in identifying and securing new clients and also managing existing clients. You will be comfortable with IT solution Proposal, negotiation and be target driven with the will to succeed.

  • To grow the new business side of the business through securing new customers
  • To manage existing clients
  • To follow up on sales leads
  • Identify and develop sources of potential clients
  • Effectively communicate with clients via telephone, face-to-face and written communication
  • Achieve sales activities within specified time scales as directed

Sales Development Manager - Required Knowledge:

  • A passion for sales/competition
  • Knowledge of IT Technology
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Strong influencing skills
  • An ability to present, facilitate and negotiate in a sales environment
  • Exceptional phone skills, but coupled with credibility in face to face meetings.
  • New Business Development experience
  • Able to demonstrate a track record in proactive lead generation and cold calling
